This 6-week container includes practices and prompts such as:
• Nervous system awareness and regulation
• Breathwork to support safety, release, and embodiment
• Journaling for integration and self-honesty
• Mirror work to soften self-abandonment and reconnect with authenticity
• Shadow work approached with compassion and nervous system safety
• Gene Key exploration to illuminate patterns, themes and innate gifts
Weekly 90-minute live Zoom Sessions - Live participation with camera on is required to maintain the integrity and safety of the container. Recordings will be available for 4 day after to support integration or scheduling issues.
The intention is not to “fix” yourself
but to create enough internal safety to meet yourself truthfully.
