Mycelium Wellness was born from the soil of my own healing — from years of unraveling, remembering, and returning home to myself. What began as a personal journey has grown into a sacred space where others can reconnect to their bodies, their breath, and their own innate wisdom.
Much like the mycelium network beneath the forest floor quietly weaving life, connection, and transformation. This space exists to support deep-rooted healing. Whether through guided breathwork, integrative rituals, or intentional self-discovery, Mycelium Wellness is here to remind you that you are not broken, and you’ve never been alone.
Over the past two decades, I’ve studied and practiced many healing modalities; breathwork, meditation, herbalism, somatics, ritual work, and more. Each one offered something vital: a stepping stone, a breadcrumb, or a rabbit hole that invited me deeper. Breathwork, in particular, has been a profound anchor for me, a homecoming to my body and truth. But I believe healing is never one-size-fits-all. Your path will be as unique as you are, and that uniqueness is sacred.
I’m Heather - a breathwork facilitator, mother, believer in garden therapy, and forever student of the body’s wisdom. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, holistic wellness, and the belief that healing doesn’t have to look like perfection. It can look like softening. Like exhaling. Like coming home to the truth of who you are — again and again.

Nervous system reset
We begin with a reset. In a world that keeps us moving fast, your nervous system deserves the chance to slow down, recalibrate, and find safety again. Through breathwork and somatic practices, we create the space for release, regulation, and restoration. So you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
Daily Practice
Lasting change is nurtured through consistency. Together, we shape simple, accessible practices that fit naturally into your day—whether it’s a few minutes of intentional breath, grounding rituals, or mindful pauses. These practices aren’t about adding more to your plate, but about weaving supportive rhythms that sustain your well-being.
Whether it’s breathwork, somatic movement, journaling, or working with nature, we’ll weave a framework that supports your healing path. On your terms. This isn’t about fixing you, for you are not broken. It’s about anchoring you in your body, your breath, and your becoming.
Embodiment
This is where integration happens. The insights you’ve gained and the practices you’ve built begin to root deeply into your body and your way of being. Embodiment is the art of living your healing. Standing in presence, authenticity, and aligned power.
