Human Design is often described as an instruction manual for your life, but in this practice, I use it as a biological map for your nervous system. By looking at your unique chart through the lens of wellness and regulation, we move beyond just "knowing" your type and into embodying your design. This is a pattern-based approach to self-alignment that helps you recognize how your energy shows up in your body, allowing you to shift out of stress responses and into a state of flow. This work has given me the permission to exhale and move away from that conditioned state into what feels like alignment of who I came here to be.
